Payment Option for Web Hosting, Web Design and Related Services
There are a number of options to make a payment for your purchase, you can select to pay through Credit Card, Paypal, Cheque, Cash and Demand Draft, Wire Transfer, Western Union.
For Domain Registeration the Domain shall be sent into the actual Registration Mode only after receival of the payment. However, if a Credit Card or online payment has been made and it is not termed as 'High Risk' transaction by our Credit Card or Money transaction Gateway, the Domain shall be Registered at that very moment.
For website hosting, email hosting, your account will be activated within next 3-5 days, as soon as we realise your payment. Please note that Wire Transfer, Cheque Payments may take 3-5 days to get processed. If you select online payment modes such as Credit Card or Paypal, you account will be activated within 12-24 hours.
Please include your ClientID and Order ID while sending us the payment to make the process faster.

All DDs and Cheques are in to be in favour of "Kolkata Web Hosting.Com, Inc" payable at "Kolkata". Outstation Cheques will not be accepted, please issue At Par cheques in case you are ordering from other states.
Please write your order number, customer id number and contact number on the back of Cheque or DD.

Refunds
If any double charge occurs during the transaction (Credit Card / Net Banking), KolkataWebHosting.com,Inc. will refund the extra payment in your account within 7 days after receiving a mail at accounts@avowindia.com. In such cases please send as many details as possible to make the verification quicker. Kolkata Web Hosting.com, Inc will not be responsible for any differences in the refund due to fluctuation in International Currency rates.
